Home improvement companies can sometime get caught up in the routine. Meaning, a running toilet is a running toilet. We fix the problem, get paid and leave the customers' home. We rarely stop and take the time to find out who the customer is and what their expectations are.
Of course, bigger home improvement projects call for us to be more conscious of our customers' expectations. But we should get to know our customers no matter the size of the project.
