It's a great way for us to acquire new business and it is a great way for you to earn extra cash. Just have the person say that you referred them and look for your money in the mail. It's as simple as that. We look forward to working with you!

In the past year, door-to-door salesmen have been selling the environmentally friendly cleaners made by Protek and Eco-Orange. I must say, to be as expensive as these cleaners are, they did not impress me to say the least. First of all, they require you to mix the solution differently depending on what kind of surface you're cleaning. And even though the instructions are clear, I felt like I was a chemist instead of a cleaner. So, after mixing the solution with water per the instructions, the solution was not doing the job that I expected. |

Home improvement companies can sometime get caught up in the routine. Meaning, a running toilet is a running toilet. We fix the problem, get paid and leave the customers' home. We rarely stop and take the time to find out who the customer is and what their expectations are. Of course, bigger home improvement projects call for us to be more conscious of our customers' expectations. But we should get to know our customers no matter the size of the project. This is why I am starting this blog. I want your opinions about home improvement companies/people that you have had experiences with. So, please, don't be shy. Feel free to add a comment or two. This will help us to better understand you as customers and potential customers. Thank you all.

Here are eight steps to finding money to rehabilitate a foreclosed property: 1.Meet with a Mortgage Prowho is experienced in doing 203k loans and get pre-approved. You will need to get pre-approved for not only the purchase price but also the fixup costs you expect as well (for example $150,000 for the home and $25,000 for fixup= $175,000) 2.Start house hunting with your Buyers Agent.Your Agent needs to be comfortable and knowledgeable about fixer upper homes. If this is not a specialty of theirs, you’ll want to find someone else as they will be a huge part of the process. |

First, establish that your basement is free from moisture. Then you will need to ask yourself the following questions: 1) What activities will your finished basement be used for; recreation, office space, etc? 2) Will you be spending enough time in your new basement to allow for a bathroom to be located on the same level? 3) Would this be feasible in both your design and budget? 4) If your laundry facilities are located on the basement level, is there a more convenient and/or better location to move these facilities as to not interfere with the basement plan?
